| Boxing 4 Fitness Program Overview |

Our programs focus on the fundamental training techniques and theory of boxing. Programs range in different levels of complexity and intensity. Work out sessions are completely customized to each individuals skill level and desired fitness results. The importance of conditioning and physical fitness is the primary focus of our programs. We provide a fully equipped training studio, and controlled and safe workout environment. Most training sessions are non contact, however depending on the skill level and flexible work out sessions our programs can offer a range of levels and options.
Beginner Levels:
Concentrates on teaching correct boxing stance, balance, hand position & proper punching techniques involving straight punches.
Advanced Levels:
Continues to develop proper foot work, introducing more challenging punch combinations that include hook & upper cut punching. Defensive techniques including blocking, slipping and moving are also introduced and developed at this level.
